3 secrets to kick off your exercising journey even when you’re completely lost

For starters, please know that you’re not alone! Many people like you want to start exercising but don’t know where to start, or what sports is suitable for their bodies that they would actually enjoy.

And here I reveal to you Secret #1: I advise you to try many types of sports but stick to the one that you really enjoy. In my experience, if you don’t like the type of sport you have adopted, it’s very difficult to keep doing it.

You may also be confused and don’t know whether to train by yourself, hire a personal trainer or join group classes?

The important thing is to find a type of sport that you enjoy, and be patient: because your body will become stronger and the more you exercise, you will get used to the movements, and this will generate a feeling of happiness. And, you will develop a kind of passion for this sport that you have chosen.

I advise you to try many types of sports but follow the one that you really like. In my experience, if you don’t like the type of sport you rely on, it’s very difficult to keep doing it.

On the other hand, fear or intimidation can overwhelm YOU!

For example, you may be intimidated about how to go to the gym when you don’t know how to use exercise machines, or you don’t want to take a yoga or Pilates class because you think that you won’t be able to move smoothly like everyone else.

Secret#2 It is worth noting that when you join the class or the gym, YOU will learn!

Please keep in mind, that everyone started from scratch and learned the basics! Likewise, YOU can also reach the goal you desire by taking small steps over a certain period of time.

And if there are people who practice any sport in a way that makes it appear easy, BE SURE that they practice it over a long period of time until they master it ~ because nothing happens overnight.

Secret #3 Avoid comparing YOURSELF with others, and try to remember where you started, where YOU are in your journey today, and where you want to reach in the future. YOU will find that you have come a long way, which will develop your self-confidence.
