Private lessons are ideal whether you are looking for a customized workout program, specific body rehabilitation, or to improve your posture and overall strength, flexibility, and coordination. And perhaps, You’re a total beginner and you are not sure where to start, then this program is for you!

Semi-Private Sessions
Enjoy the company of a friend or two! This is a great way to spend some quality time with your friends working on your goals while receiving individualized attention. Get in touch if you still prefer semi-private sessions but your schedule isn’t matching with your friends’, I’ll try my best to find you a workout buddy. Semi-privates are not recommended for those with acute injuries, and it is best to check with your medical provider first and an initial private session(s) might be more appropriate.

Group Classes
Zeina teaches group classes in studios around Dubai. These cater for various levels of experience ranging from total beginners and improvers to those who are more experienced. Modifications are given to progress or regress at the participants own pace. Group Classes are not recommended for those with acute injuries, and it is best to check with your medical provider first and an initial private session(s) might be more appropriate.

Similar to face to face classes, you can enjoy a private lesson or join a group lesson virtually.

On-Demand Workouts
These classes are Pre-Recorded specifically for you whether you are looking for a customized workout program, specific body rehabilitation, or to improve your posture and overall strength, flexibility, and coordination. This option is ideal if you are limited with time on your hand, have a full-time job, kids running around the house; This way, you can steal some time for yourself and train whenever you want as your schedule permits. You can also choose whether you prefer a 60 mins, 30 mins or shorter sessions.
