4 things I wish I knew when choosing a Supportive Sports Bra

If you are into running, or doing cardio/ high impact workouts/ HIIT, then you’re probably aware of the importance of choosing a sports bra that offer good support (minimize movement and avoid sagging over time).

❇️ I am sharing with you 4 tips on choosing your SPORTS BRAS for High Impact Workouts. But first tell this:

Do you buy from a particular brand?

Do you check the fabric & fit?

Do you perform a jumping test?

Having struggled with this for years with my dancing training, it never occurred to me that sharing my expertise can bring awareness and help so many women out there, especially women that rely on Online Shopping.

So I created this first video to compare the fit of 2 bras (the fit of the band / cups & straps, how to choose the size. Comfort level vs. snugness.

Bra#1 this one here has a wide band and a supportive band at the bottom it also has a cross back as you can see it doesn’t support much as we do the jumping jack test mainly because the fabric is really light as well. Here’s an example of Light to Medium Impact Support Bra you can wear to Pilates or Yoga. Sports Bra#1 Failed the High Impact Workout test

Bra #2: this other one also has wide band and it has a thick supporting band at the bottom the material is thicker than the previous one towards the back you have adjustable clasp that you can adjust according to your waist; and, this is super important because most of the support comes actually from the bottom band and let’s give it a try and as you can see here it’s more supportive.
